WOYWW #184

Not too many sleeps now until Christmas, this is my first Christmas card I received all the way from the USA, from another WOYWWer, SandeeNC.  Isn't it fab!  I missed last week had so much going on including going to a Stumpwork class, medieval embroidery . Below is my effort.
And to my shame this is my desk this morning or how I left it last night,( to be fair this is normal for me) I have been frantically making birthday cards for friends who have the nerve to have birthdays in December.....well really, plus more stuff to make Christmas cards.
To join in the fun hop over to the lovely Julia,s where all is revealed.  Have a good week everyone...

  1. Hey dont pick on people who have birthdays in December I am one of them and it really annoys me when people are to busy to fit in your birthday because of christmas. Ok sorry for paying out on you, I didn't mean it...... Nice to know that you care enough to even make a card for them, I am sure they love it. You have a wonderful creative desk full of stuff that I could scrummage in and have fun.

    Happy WOYWW

Thanks for visiting my desk and leaving such a nice comment! Have a great week! Vickie #3

  9. Busy busy busy ! Ho great to see so much going on ! Our nephew's birthday is the 16th of Dec - I think it must be rotten having it all in the same month as Christmas & nothing to look forward to elsewhere in the year ! Hope the cards go okay ! Ali #109 x

  14. Hi Francesca, Thanks for stopping by and for your kind comment. There's some interesting stuff on your desk and I do so like those Gothic Arches below! I can't really settle down to Christmas stuff til my husband's birthday (Dec 11) is over, so even though I have made plenty of cards, I haven't actually sent any yet! Oh well, it has to happen this week, or not at all :)
    Happy late WOYWW!
