WOYWW #172

Good morning all, yet another sunny but cool morning, but its Wednesday again, time for worldwide snoop of other peoples workdesks, run by the lovely Julia, go have a look.
So here's my desk this morning, couple more examples fron my online course with Andy Skinner, the bluey one is my chipped and Rusty look, the orange is the started of my copper patina.  Thease are leaning on a project I'm doing not yet finished so will show later.  To the left some stash I bought on sunday after the class with Helen Chilton, some new sizzix dies, how on earth have I lived without these.
Close up of my Chipped and Rusty item.  Well thats all , happy watching.....

  15. I'm finally getting around to visit. Those Sizzix dies are fabulous! Never mind how you lived without them, how did I not even know they existed? I think I'm living in a Sizzix black hole.

Love the chipped and rusty look, you've got me convinced that is real old metal. Looking good!

  16. Hi Francesca - so sorry to hear you're feeling down - and sad that you're not playing along this week, but thank you so much for your visit. Do hope the rain stops soon -are you somewhere where it's completely hideous?

I'm still feeling very guilty that I can't seem to get on with the Timeworn stuff - been admiring yours so much - but when I've got some time, that's not really what I want to do with it. I did ask whether there would be another course later in the year, as this one really clashes with my work schedules and at that point Andy thought it wouldn't be til next year - so I was a bit miffed to discover there's another starting in October - would've suited me so much better - but going to have to knuckle down to it soon, or it'll be a complete waste.

Hope better weather/mojo/mood arrives for you soon.
    lots of love,
    Alison x
