WOYWW #171 Arrrg!

Arrrg! This was my desk on Tuesday morning, after  restocking the shop I sell my cards with engagement and wedding cards.   Even for me I needed to do something,  as tomorrow I need to show the world again for WOYWW, co ordinated by Julia, go look.
Hurrah, nice and tidy again, doesn't look too colourful this morning as I have finally got my finger out to do Andy Skiner's on-line course.  The red one is the rust waiting for the next bit, the brown is the faux leather again waiting for the next bit.   The tag is a arum lili stamp(PSX) which I love used on distress backgrounf and picked out with picket fence distress marker.  The book cover is another class I did with Andy Skinner.   Well today was the first day, as my hubby says, that you could smell autunm, plus must have been cold overnight as our bathroom heating came on.  However its all ready warming up.  Have a good day everyone looking at desks around the world.

  3. Its just turning autumn here too - loving the cool mornings. Your desk reminds me that I wanted to label my Tim Holtz pads now that I have more than I can remember off hand. S #116

  5. Hi Francesca thanks for popping by. Love the first shot - how long before photo 2 I wonder!! Your lilly stamp work is devine. I must see what Andy Skinner is doing as I have heard him mentioned a few times now! Have fun and I hope that your fingers don't end up looking rusty too! Happy WOYWW to you from Helen 5

  6. What a difference! :)
I have to say I love both messy and neat desks.
Messy because they look like the crafter had so much fun.
And neat because I love a nice, clean slate to start working from :)
    Happy WOYWW!

  13. We just had our first day that it felt like Fall a few days ago...I don't know if we smelled it but for some reason it just felt like it. Maybe its the change of the shadows on the ground or a hint of the chill soon to come but anyways its a special time, huh? To just feel the seasons changing. Ah. Anyways, love your before and after shots! We WOYWW's love that kind of stuff...messy, then clean, 'cause we know you're gonna mess it up again! And soon! lol :)
Thanks for popping by my blog and leaving a sweet comment! I'm so glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks some papers are too pretty to be cut up. lol :)

  14. Nice tidy desk in the end - well done you for making time to do an online course, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. It's certainly starting to get a nip in the air in the evenings, I guess summer is fading fast. Thanks for popping by to see me, Cindyx
