Where oh where do the months go, here we are at September already, and a new tag from Tim.
This is my take on the tag, which features only one of the new stencils, as all I have, so improvised with some Dylusion stencils instead. For all the techniques hop of to Tim's blog and join in. The big background is a start of an album page, more later.
