WOYWW #218 Back again!

I'm back, after being away on a weeks cruise to Norway.  This is my desk as of last night, I'm trying to complete a ink pad rack, I'm testing out different paint effects.  plus a completed tag which I have entered into a challenge @ Dragonsdream TIO.

For the blog hop hop over to the lovely Julia @ Stamping Ground for all the details
This is a picture from Stravanger, 3 Norse swords
This is a building in the Art Deco town of Alesund.  All the buildings were destroyed in 1913 and the town was rebuilt in the Germanic Romantic style.  Fab buildings.  Happy blog hopping and have a good day.

  5. Francesca, you are so lucky to have been cruising Norway, we did it a few years ago and would love to go back.
I love that dotty effect on your turquoise paper and the tag, have you got a finished project in mind or are you just playing. Either way, enjoy!

  10. Welcome back and thanks for sharing the pics! I didn't know about the romantic German style, its gorgeous! And your tag is sure to be a winner, if its that kind of contest I mean. :) Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my explosion! lol I do love my sister, but do you know she isn't even the one who had to help with all the moving? My son is the one who helped! Let's just say she isn't his favorite aunt at the moment! lol :) ~Deeyll

  13. Glad you had a good time away, it's many a year since I've been to Stavanger, we used to sail there then drive across Norway to nearly the Swedish border.
Loving your test background sheet especially the top right section.
    Your tag is absolutely gorgeous.
