Firstly, for details of this great blog hop go over to the lovely Julia's at Stamping ground.
This is my desk as of 6.00am this morning, left over from last night. I have been playing about with some new stamps I have acquired from a company called Acid Drops and What nots. some great stamps and sentiments from the 20's era, somewhat updated. these I was lucky enough to get from a Mag as a freebie. The card at the back was my entry to a challenge, White on White.
I found the new company when I went to the Sincerely Yours show at Portsmouth on Sunday with my good friend Karin . Didn't spend too much, LOL. But had a good time.
Next to pics are a couple of exhibits from the Stitch Fest at Ardingly from Saturday. My guild was hosting and I must shout out that we won the adult competition with our stitched book. (Don't have a pic of ours)
This one is the cover made by my new friend Chris from the Tunbridge Wells group
this would you believe is an exhibit from the young embroiderers aged betw 5-14. Well that is the shows I went too, Have also been playing booking Agent for my parents for all the flights and hotels they want, which has been a bit of a task. That is it for this week, have a good one.
Thanks for visiting my Place:)
ReplyDeleteYour DEsk sure looks busy. I love the embroidery and the stitched Book. Shame you haven't got a pic of yours, would love to have seen that
