Close up, some test items of colour and watercolour, plus a small scrapbook I have made for
some special photos, of a dear friend I lost 8 years ago. I decided to use all my old scraps etc., the face is backed onto some of Tim Holtz's packaging...
This is ther reverse side of the book, all done with distress inks and stamping.
This is a close up of my scrap page, this is when my hubby and I went to the Gold Coast in Australia in 2005.

I love that scrap page - the orange goes so well with the blue and green. And what fab colours to do a remembrance page with, bright and happy not muted and sombre..love it.
ReplyDeleteAnd I adore the aged ivory technique on your previous post, how awesome is that!! You'd never guess that there was a multi coloured dragon underneath that....really clever :)

ReplyDeleteahope you've had a good week is that face from visible image I am in their design team now and have just done two projects with that very image. One is a storage file for their stamps the other a mixed media canvas not yet up on myblog but soon.
