Where has the last week gone, its that time again WOYWW, sorted by Julia @ Stamping Ground, mine is a tale of two desks this week. This is my space late last night after finishing off the tags and this morning, followimg a playdate with my mate Karin. These are try out using Dylusions sprays and stamps and abit of distress ink thrown in.
Pages are the follow on from the covers I shown last week, again dylusions sprays and stamps.
This is the desk Karin & I used yesterday for our playdate, actually its my dinning room table. We were trying out Transfer Artist Paper (TAP) plus sprays etc.
This is my other cat Moses, who had his nose put on of joint as Delilah got all the fuss from around the world last week! Here he is shading from the blazing sun at last here in the UK.
Another section of my garden again the the lovely sun.
Plus thought you would like to see my banana plant, it was 6 inches high last year when I bought it. Hubby said this will never grow. As you can see not doing too bad. Well that it hope you like it.
I love your finished pages Francesca. It was a lovely relaxing day, thank you. Your garden is looking beautiful too, shame it was too hot to sit out there for long.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous pages.. brillant colours.. Wee Moses is gorgeous... enjoying the wonderful sunshine we are having on the south coast... long may it last, Have a fun week, Hugs May x x x#11
ReplyDeleteI'm not keen on cats (birds are more my thing) but Moses markings are just beautiful!

Oh my, I love all those pages, they are stunning, wonderful colours, but Dyan could not be anything else really. Moses is gorgeous, love that white line over his nose, very cute. Very impressed with your banana tree. Thanks for the visit. Anne x #21

ReplyDeleteOh the vibrant colors get me all the time. Just lovely. I am always inspired with art journals and soon will try it myself.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing them and peek at your garden. Sounds like you had some creative fun time. Always a treat!

We had a banana plant that started to push the conservatory roof off..and it hated being outdoors, so it was a gonner sadly, but gave us a load of pleasure to grow! Fair to say from your fab pages and the play date that you like the Dylusions stuff then?!!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you have some sunshine at last. Moses seems to be enjoying it. I have another blog friend who is busy with dilusions inks right now. They really are delicious colours. I will have to think hard before buying another colouring medium, but they are definitely tempting me. Kate x
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting me again this week, love your journal pages and it looks like you had heaps of fun with your buddy. As for Moses, you tell him i think he is better looking than Delilah becaue he is orange and they make the best cats. LOL beautiful man is orange too. Looks like that Banana palm is growing but it will take some time to bear fruit..... small steps, then run for it.

Hi Franchesca. I love your journalling pages and tags. I think I need to get some Dylusions stamps as I always like them when I see them being used. I have one stamp set but sadly Ruby Rainbow now is missing her head - feared to have been chewed and deposited in the doggy bin down the road! A cat would have had more respect. Might have used it as a pillow but not for dinner :-D Happy WOYWW to you from Helen 39
ReplyDeleteHi Francesca, thanks for stopping by... as a first timer, I decided to work my way through the 8s (beginning with and ending with) since I was 128, but I'm also going to try to get round some more - so much fun! Your journalling pages are gorgeous - the Dylusions stuff is great, and you've really made it sing!

ReplyDeleteWow, stunning artwork there. We're jealous of the Dylusiions, they're on our very long list of wants
ReplyDeleteOooh Francesca, Juicy juicy! I love what you've done with your Dylusions inks... Aren't they just toooo fabby for words? I've had to lay flowers aside this week and concentrate on butterflies instead - got an 80th at the weekend and forgot, so got to work ultra fast to get the card done in time!!
ReplyDeleteLovely to see your other kitty. One of ours gets very jealous if the other gets more attention lol! (Honestly they are worse than children...)
Thanks for your lovely comment - I certainly shan't ever manage to visit every desk again, I shouldn't think, but it's nice to have achieved it once!! Glad you liked my messy desk. It's really messy today - but a different mess lol!
Happy WOYWW,
